  • RPM PANIC PLAN – Are you in a situation where you need immediate support or guidance at a gig, on a timeline, or in a crisis situation and don’t have an open window of time to schedule support?  Using the RPM PANIC PLAN, we can help walk you through most Midas issues instantly, after hours, and on weekends (based on RPM PANIC PLAN hourly rate).
  • Daily Onsite Midas Training – Did you know that you can schedule daily onsite Midas training with RPM Dynamics?  We’ve always offered this service to our existing customers, but it is also available to those of you who purchased your Midas gear through a sales channel that is not educated in expert operation of Midas gear, or does not offer onsite support.  This valuable resource has been used by many of our existing customers but is also available to others.  For new or existing Midas PRO Series owners with multiple users, this option proves to be the most economical and efficient way to educate your staffing as we bring the training to you!!  Pricing is based on daily training rate plus travel and hospitality expenses.
